How does the placement machine choose the vision system?
High-performance placement machines generally use a visual alignment system. The visual alignment system uses digital image processing technology. After the nozzle on the placement head sucks the component, it is acquired by the camera fixed on the placement head or fixed on a certain position of the body during the process of moving to the placement position. The image, and through the optical density distribution of the image detection element, these optical densities pass through the CCD photocoupler array composed of many small and precise photosensitive elements on the camera in digital form, and output the gray value of 0-255 levels. The gray value is proportional to the optical density. The larger the gray value, the clearer the digital image. The digitized information is stored, encoded, amplified, sorted and analyzed, and the result is fed back to the control unit, and the processing result is output to the servo system to adjust the positional deviation of the compensation component, and finally the placement operation is completed.
